Who we are
Clémentine was founded by Chef Jasmine Weiser Kaysen following her seven-year tenure as Executive Chef of Edwards Dessert Kitchen. After helping shape one of the Twin Cities’ most beloved dessert destinations, Chef Jasmine embarked on a new chapter when the restaurant closed in 2025.
A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu with more than a decade of pastry experience, Chef Jasmine has built a reputation for creating thoughtful desserts that balance classic French technique with modern creativity. Throughout her career, she has become a respected figure in the Twin Cities culinary community, known for her dedication to craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional hospitality.
Named after her daughter, Clémentine is both a personal and professional dream brought to life. The patisserie is dedicated to creating beautiful, approachable desserts using high-quality ingredients, seasonal inspiration, and meticulous attention to detail.
